Redspire is a CRM Consultancy and Microsoft Strategic Partner, specialising in Dynamics 365. They provide expert CRM services to all types of businesses, across many industry sectors.
While employing a straightforward, customer-centric approach to meeting their clients' needs is at the heart of what Redspire do, their website didn’t match this clear and simple ethos. It was loaded with technical jargon and slightly confusing to the non-CRM minded.
Redspire approached C2C to assist them with their website re-design. Understanding that the new website needed to be straightforward whilst providing a sense of professionalism and reassurance, we quickly got to work on the following tasks –
- Scoping sessions with key members of the Redspire team to identify website needs
- Consultation on the Information Architecture (IA) and User Experience (UX) of the new website
- Sitemap creation
- Creating in-depth brand guidelines covering online and offline branding elements
- Wireframe creation and visuals covering key website pages
- Working with Redspire’s team of in-house developers, we provided regular feedback throughout the build phase
The end result is a smart, fit-for-purpose website, which is informative and gives the best first impression of the brand online.
