In order to further promote the Food & Beverage side of the business, C2C were tasked with managing the Village Dining's Twitter presence. Our key objectives are to:

  1. Increase brand awareness and engagement
  2. Manage Village Dining's online reputation
  3. Establish the Village tone of voice
  4. Provide a customer service channel
  5. Increase traffic to the website
