Located in the shorefront town of Oban, on the west coast of Scotland, No.26 By The Sea is a luxury boutique hotel. Click2Convert were approached to implement an ongoing strategy for the hotel’s Facebook page, with our Social Media Best Practice approach.

Our Solution 

In order to build brand awareness on Facebook, C2C create an ongoing monthly content plan that is developed, signed off and scheduled in advance to maintain a steady stream of content on the platform.

Within the content plan, we create a variety of engagement based posts to encourage conversation with fans, as well as promotional posts with specific calls to action to drive traffic to the website and promote bookings and the hotel, overall. We use a variety of creative and attractive imagery, video and other assets to ensure content remains up-to-date with current trends, to be engaging and eye-catching for Facebook fans.

The content posted gives users an insight to the hotel offerings and the surrounding area, as well as staying relevant with the use of topical content every month. We use both Facebook posts and stories to ensure we reach and engage with as many users as possible, and boost brand awareness across the entire platform.

Since launching the No.26 By The Sea Facebook strategy 9 months ago, we have continued to deliver an uplift in results each month.

Comparing our first and nine month report figures, we have delivered -
